Turn it inside out for a navy blue in 100% cotton. (Handbag handle, liner and strap not included.)

This Shortie Slipcover measures 14 1/4" wide x 7 1/2" high. A layer of batting between the inner and outer fabrics of the slipcovers provides added structure.
